Three steps, and only one of them involves the building doing anything.

    Your building turns on charging

    The owners corporation sets a rate per kWh and marks where charging is allowed. No chargers to buy, no cabling to run, no works approval to win.

    Residents link their car once

    A driver joins with the building's invite code, signs in with their car manufacturer account and adds a card. That's the whole setup.

    Every session bills itself

    Plug into an ordinary power point. The car reports the charge, Volty meters it, and the payment settles straight to the owners corporation.
