Help for strata managers

Managing your sites.

The handful of things you will actually do after a building is live.

Buildings and boundaries

How do I change where charging is billable?
Edit the site’s boundary in the console. It applies to new sessions straight away — useful if the carpark is bigger than you first mapped, or a second area opens up.
Our building name is wrong.
Site names are fixed once created, because every session records the name it had at the time. Contact us if a building genuinely needs renaming and we will sort it out without breaking the history.
Can one building have several carparks?
Yes. A site can carry more than one charging area, which covers buildings with separate basements or a visitor area you want included.

Residents and codes

How do I stop new residents joining?
Deactivate the invite code. It stops working immediately for new joins, and residents who already joined are unaffected.
A resident has moved out.
Remove them from the site in the console. Their past sessions stay on the record for reconciliation, but they can no longer charge at your building.
Can I see which residents have no working card?
Yes. The console flags residents without a valid payment method, which is the main reason a session ends up unpaid.
Do I need to onboard residents myself?
No, and you should not have to. Residents join with the code, link their own car and add their own card — you never handle their payment details.
