A site is one building: its address, its charging boundary, its rate and the residents allowed to charge there. Setting one up takes minutes and needs nobody on site.

What a site holds

A charging boundary

A boundary around the carpark. A session is only billable to the building when the car reports charging inside it, so charging elsewhere is never billed to you.

A rate per kilowatt-hour

The price residents pay. Change it whenever you like; sessions already running keep the rate they started on.

Invite codes

Short codes residents enter to join the building. Issue them, and revoke them, without touching anyone’s account.

The residents who joined

Everyone linked to the building, the cars they connected and the sessions they have run there.

Its own merchant account

Fixed to the site when it is created, so revenue from this building always settles to this building.

A printable poster

Generate a poster with the invite code and a QR code, ready to put up in the lobby or the carpark.

Getting residents onto it

Generate an invite code
Create a code for the building in the console. You can run more than one at a time, which is useful if you want to track a particular building or intake separately.

Put it somewhere they will see it
Download the poster and put it up in the lift lobby or by the carpark entrance. It carries the code and a QR code straight to the app.

Residents join themselves
They download the app, enter the code, link their car and add a card. Nobody has to be onboarded manually and you never handle their payment details.

Revoke when you need to
Deactivate a code and it stops working for new joins. Residents who already joined are unaffected until you remove them from the site.
